FOR
TEMPORARY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into on this a* day of p mloPkr 2019, by and
between Gulf Coast Junior Golf Tour,Inc.d/b/a The First Tee of Naples/Collier,(the "Contractor")
and Collier County,a political subdivision of the State of Florida,(the "County" or"Owner").
WHEREAS, on August 8, 2019, the County entered into an Agreement with Contractor to
provide golf course maintenance and operations services at a monthly fee of$22,500 with a termination
date of September 30,2019;and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement to extend the Agreement an
additional sixty (60) days so that the Contractor can continue providing golf course maintenance and
operations services and can provide a report back to the County regarding the conditions and needs of
the golf course.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein
contained, it is agreed by the parties as follows:
1. The Agreement is hereby extended for sixty (60) days commencing on October 1, 2019 and
ending on November 29,2019.
2. Except as modified through this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement
shall remain the same.
