Subject: Payment for Transaction #80 - Collier County VAB Petition
Hello Mr. Watson,
We have your petition that was filed on 8/26/2019.
A payment hasn't been received, the deadline for filing petitions on-time was Friday,
September 13, 2019 by 5 p.m.
At this point the only way to complete the filing of your petition is to send an e-mail stating
why it was late and mail in your filing fee of $15.
If you send a check please make it payable to: Collier Clerk of Courts.
It will then be considered a "Good Cause" petition, from there the attorney for the VAB will
determine if your reason meets a "Good Cause" determination.
After the determination is made it will either be denied or go forward as a petition.
Please let our office know ASAP via e-mail what your wishes are regarding your petition.
Thanks,
Martha Vergara
