Resolution 2000-079 10 A ' ~. RESOLUTION NO. 2000-79 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTINGMEMBERS TO THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT PRODUCTIVITY COMMITIEE. WHEREAS, The County Government Productivity Committee was established by the Board of County Commissioners through the adoption of Collier County Ordinance No. 91-10, as amended; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 91-10, as amended, provides that the Committee shall consist of 13 members; and WHEREAS, there are currently four (4) vacancies on this board; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, the Committee has provided the Board of County Commissioners with its recommendations for appointment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1. Kathleen Curatolo is hereby appointed to the County Government Productivity Committee for a 2 year term, said term to expire on February 4, 2002. 2. Peter Lehmann is hereby appointed to the County Government Productivity Committee for a 2 year term, said term to expire on February 4,2002. 3. Karl J. Otto is hereby reappointed to the County Government Productivity Committee for a 2 year term, said term to expire on February 4,2002. 4. Janet H. Vasey is hereby reappointed to the County Government Productivity Committee for a 2 year term, said term to expire on February 4,2002. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County hereby waives the provisions of Section Seven (b)(l) of Ordinance No. 86-41, as amended, relating to a limitation of two consecutive terms of office, for the purpose of reappointment of Karl 1.
