Attachment 1 6 A 5 Amendment#2 2017 Tourism Agreement Between Collier County and City of Naples This Amendment, dated this ij day of bk(, 2019 to the referenced 2017 Tourism Agreement, shall be by and between the parties to the original Agreement, Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, ("County"), and the City of Naples. Statement of Understanding WHEREAS, the City of Naples has requested a second extension of time to complete the 8th Ave. South Beach Park Improvements due unforeseen delays; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed and approved this request for a six month extension of time. In order to continue the services provided for in the original Agreement referenced above, the Parties agree to amend the Agreement as provided herein. Note: Language deleted has been steel eugh.
