7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip N/A
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!
8. The document was approved by the BCC on 9/10/19 and all changes made during the GH N/A is not
meeting have been incorporated in the attached document. The County Attorney's an option for

Amendment#2
2017 Tourism Agreement Between
Collier County and City of Naples
This Amendment, dated this ij day of bk(, 2019 to the referenced 2017 Tourism
Agreement, shall be by and between the parties to the original Agreement, Collier County, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida, ("County"), and the City of Naples.
Statement of Understanding
WHEREAS, the City of Naples has requested a second extension of time to complete the
8th Ave. South Beach Park Improvements due unforeseen delays; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed and approved this request
for a six month extension of time.
In order to continue the services provided for in the original Agreement referenced above, the
Parties agree to amend the Agreement as provided herein.
Note: Language deleted has been steel eugh. New language has been underlined.

15. ILRM: This Agreement shall become effective on October 1, 2017 and shall remain
effective until February 29, 2020. .! __ • .. _ - -
Exhibit"A", but no later than November 29, 2018.

All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in force.
