A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA AUTHORIZING FINAL
ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN A PORTION
OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY KNOWN AS 951 /
COLLIER BOULEVARD NORTH, BEING A
PORTION OF TRACT `R-4' ACCORDING TO
THE PLAT OF HERITAGE BAY COMMONS,
AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE MAINTENANCE
OBLIGATIONS.
WHEREAS, on May 8, 2007, the developers of Esplanade entered into a
Developer Contribution Agreement with Collier County in the joint interest of
constructing a portion of CR 951 / Collier Boulevard North as recorded in OR Book
4226, Page 2104; and
WHEREAS, this portion of the right-of-way was conveyed to the County via the
plat of Heritage Bay Commons, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Pages 46 - 54; and
WHEREAS, the Growth Management Department on April 10, 2017, granted
preliminary acceptance of the improvements within the subject portion of the CR 951 /
Collier Boulevard North right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and
drainage improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as
required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as
amended); and
WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and
drainage improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Growth Management Department has inspected the roadway and
drainage improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is hereby
granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in that portion of the CR 951 /
Collier Boulevard North right-of-way between Weatherstone Drive and Torre Vista Lane,
approximately 1,800 feet in length of two-lane roadway.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage
improvements within that portion of the CR 951 / Collier Boulevard North right-of-way,
between Weatherstone Drive and Torre Vista Lane, will be maintained by Collier County.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same,
