RESOLUTION NO. 2000-62
RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
BA YSBORE/A V ALON BEAUTIFICA nON MSTU ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, on December 16, 1997, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Collier
County Ordinance No, 97-82, establishing the Bayshore/Avalon Beautification Municipal
Service Taxing Unit and creating the BayshorelAvalon Beautification MSTU Advisory
Committee; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No, 97-82 provides that the BayshorelAvalon
Beautification MSTU Advisory Committee shall consist of five (5) members; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) members will expire creating vacancies on this
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Committee has provided its recommendations for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Maurice Gutierrez is hereby reappointed to the BayshorelAvaJon Beautification MSTU
Advisory Committee to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on March 3,
2004,
2, Bill L, Neal is hereby reappointed to the Bayshore/Avalon Beautification MSTU
Advisory Committee to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on March 3,
2004,
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote,
