A RESOLUTION i\MENDING THE TITLE AND PARAGRAPH
TWO OF RESOLUTION <)<)-415, A STREET NAMING FOR
PROPERTY HEREINAFFTER DESCRIBED IN COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR
IN THE PROPERTY'S LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND THE
STREET'S FORMER CUSTOMARY NAME.
WHEREAS, the Collier County Boat'd ofCoLlnty Commissioners adopted Resolution 99-415, pertaining
to the naming of a street which by custom has been named Landfill Road, on November 9, 1999, and
WHEREAS, following said action adopling Resolution 99-415, staff was advised that a portion of the
site's legal description had been erroneoLlsly identified in the title and in Paragraph Two, and the street's former
customary name had been erroneously idcntilieu in Paragraph Two, and constitutes a scrivener's error.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, that the legal description contained in the title and Paragraph Two and the former street name in
Paragraph Two of Resolution 99-415, is hereby amended, by adding the corrected legal descriptions and former
street name to read as follows:
RESOLUTION NAMING WI lITE LAKE BOULEVARD WHICH STREET IS
LOCATED EAST OF COLLIER BOULEVARD (C.R.951) AND NORTH OF 1-
75 (INTERSTATE HIGII\\'A Y) II\' SECTONS,;W 35 AND 36. TOWNSHIP 49
SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST. COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of COLlnly CUlllmissioners has been requested to establish the name of White
Lake Boulevard to a street which by cllstom has been named SaBitary Landfill Road which is located east of
Collier Boulevard (C.R. 951) and North ofl-75 (Interstate Highway) in Section~;;w. 35 and 36, Township 49
South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida; and
