RESOLUTION NO. 2001-493
A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
GOLDEN GATE COMMUNITY CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 75-4 created the Golden Gate Municipal Services
Special Taxing District and provides that the Board of County Commissioners shall appoint three
to five electors residing within the District to serve on the Committee; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two members will expire creating vacancies on this Committee;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Committee has provided the Board of County Commissioners with its
recommendations for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
I. Vicki A. Clavelo is hereby reappointed to the Golden Gate Community Center Advisory
Committee for a 2 year term, said term to expire on December 31, 2003.
2. Kaydee L. Tuff is hereby reappointed to the Golden Gate Community Center Advisory
Committee for a 2 year term, said term to expire on December 3 I, 2003.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
