Dear Ms. Graziani:
Please be advised that you are scheduled to appear before the Collier County Board of
Commissioners at the meeting of January 29, 2008, regarding the above referenced
subject.
Your petition to the Board of County Commissioners will be limited to ten minutes.
Please be advised that the Board will take no action on your petition at this meeting.
However, your petition may be placed on a future agenda for consideration at the
Board's discretion. Therefore, your petition to the Board should be to advise them of
your concern and the need for action by the Board at a future meeting.
The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers on the Third Floor of the W.
Harmon Turner Building (Building "F) of the government complex. Please arrange to be
present at this meeting and to respond to inquiries by Board members.

Re: Santa Barbara Blvd ROW taking by eminent domain for Santa Barbara
Blvd. properties owned by Ronen & Leeanne Graziani and Vimal Patel
Dear Messrs. Henning, Coletta, and Mudd:
As a follow up to my e-mail of January 14, 2008 to CommissioneIS Henning and Coletta,
we hereby request a meeting in order to discuss the eminent domain action for the right-
of-way taking from our three adjacent parcels along Santa Barbara Blvd for the widening
of that road. Our properties were among the most severely impacted by the taking, and
we desire an opportunity to discuss and seek an amicable resolution.
In the alternative, please consider this as our formal request to address the Board of
County Commissioners by public petition at their January 29, 2008 meeting.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. As mentioned in my e-mail, we are available
