years in Collier County: and,
WHEREAS, tire SDuM Florida Water Management District, a district of the State of
Florida Water Management Office, dee/ared CDllier County to be under
Phase III water restriction usage described as severe, to bt1. enforced
January 15. 2008: and.
WHEREAS, the Noples Wcmans Club, a non~p,.ofit organization, active in the County
and the Greater Naples Community for over 75 years and having engaged in
community improvement activities, fostuing cultural.. oppDrtunities and
phJ1anthropic endeavors since 1932: and,
WHEREAS, the Naples Womens Club has bl!!lm vitally instrumental in the community
acquiring a free library, Youth Hoven, the Chamber of Commerce, the
Thrift Shep and aiding as volunf~ers in many ether capadtl4s: and,
WHEREAS,
the Naples Womans Club has joined in a cMllTlunity-wide effort ()f various
