RESOLUTION NO. 2001-445
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
THE AffORDABLE HOUSING COMMISSION,
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-65 created the Affordable Housing
Commission and provides that the County Commission shall appoint five (5) members to
the Affordable Housing Commission and the City of Naples shall appoint four (4)
members to the Affordable Housing Commission; and
WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies on this Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Joseph G. Foster, representing the category of Attorney/Subsidized Housing
Facilities, is hereby appointed for a 3 year term, said term to expire on October 1, 2004.
2. William R. Cadwallader, representing the category of Attorney/Business
Administration, is hereby appointed for a 3 year term, said term to expire on October 1,
2004.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
