Recommendation to recognize and accept revenue for Collier Area Transit in the
amount of $9,264.05 and to approve needed budget amendments.
OBJECTIVE: To recognize and accept revenue in the amount of $9,264.05 for Collier
Area Transit and to approve needed budget amendments.
CONSIDERATION: A bus shelter located on US 41 and 99th Street was damaged in a
vehicular accident. Collier County Alternative Transportation Modes Department
received a check from the driver's insurance company in the amount of $9,264.05 for the
damaged shelter.
A budget amendment is needed to recognize the $9,264.05 revenue in Fund 426 Project
600831 for bus shelters.
FISCAL IMPACT: To approve the budget amendment in the amount of $9,264.05 for
bus shelters.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: Consistent with the Transportation Elements
in Objectives 10 and 12 of the Growth Management Plan.
RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of COWIty Commissioners recognizes and
accepts revenue in the amount of $9,264.05 for Collier Area Transit and approve needed
budget amendments.
