RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 366
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FY 2001-02 FINAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, has held an
advertised public hearing on September 19, 2001 to finalize the FY 2001-02 Budget and adopt
the millage rates in accordance with Sections 129.03 and 200.065, Florida Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the attached list of Budgets by
Fund is hereby adopted for FY 2001-02.
This Resolution adopted this / ,.;a.. day of September 2001, after motion, second and
majority vote.
