Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 286,011 (8), Fla. Stat., the County Attorney
desires advice from the Board of County Commissioners in closed attorney~client session on
TUESDAY, APRIL 22, 2008, at a time certain of 12:00 noon in the Commission conference
room, 3rd FloOL W, Harmon Turner Building, Collier County Government Center, 3301 East
Tamiami Trail, Naples, Flonda. In addition to Board members, County Manager James Mudd,

Florida, Fort Myers Division and Bonita Media Enterprises, LLC., Brennan, Manna &
Diamond (Reg. Agent) v. Board of County Commissioners. Collier County, Florida, Appeal
Case No.: 07-2035-CA, Lower Tribunal CEB No.. 2007~35, now pending in the Twentieth
Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County. Florida, in the Administrative Appeal Division of the
Circuit Court.
