RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING AND
CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE
IMMOKALEE ENTERPRISE ZONE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida adopted
Ordinance No. 95-22 establishing the Immokalee Enterprise Zone Development Agency
pursuant to Section 290.00 I, et seq., Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 95-22 provides that the Immokalee Enterprise Zone
Development Agency shall consist of not fewer than eight (8) or more than thirteen (13)
members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies on this board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Immokalee Enterprise Zone Development Agency has provided the Board
of County Commissioners with its recommendations for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
I. William P. Dillon is hereby reappointed to the Immokalee Enterprise Zone Development
Agency to for a 4 year term, said term to expire on April 4, 2005.
2. Raymond T. Holland is hereby reappointed to the Immokalee Enterprise Zone
Development Agency to for a 4 year term, said term to expire on April 4, 2005.
3. Fred N. Thomas, Jr., is hereby reappointed to the Immokalee Enterprise Zone
Development Agency to for a 4 year term, said term to expire on April 4, 2005.
4. Dora Vidaurri, Supervisor for the Immokalee Initiative Housing Project, is hereby
confirmed for appointment for the required Code Enforcement position on the Immokalee
Enterprise Zone Development Agency, and will fulfill the remainder of the term expiring on
April 4, 2003.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
