Approve a IT 2008 budget amendment recognizing $25,000 in insurance proceeds
received in CAT Transit fund (426) during FY 2007.
OBJECTIVE: To recognize insurance proceeds received in FY 2007 within CAT
Transit Fund (426) and approve the necessary FY 2008 budget amendment to establish
the appropriate expense budget.
CONSIDERATION: CAT Transit Fund (426) received $25,000 in insurance proceeds
during FY 2007, These proceeds formed part of the actual FY 2007 year ending
carryforward. The requested budget amendment recognizes the $25,000 in FY 2008 and
established the appropriate expense budget in project 350223.
FISCAL IMPACT: To approve the budget amendment in the amount of$25,000.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: Consistent with the Transportation Elements
in Objectives 10 and 12 of the Growth Management Plan.
RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of County Commissioners approve the budget
amendment.
