Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners authorize the~slJ'l)J' . ti n
to the Code Enforcement Action entitled Collier County vs. Jaime Gutierrez, Special Master Case
No. 2005-010437, relating to property located at 1369 Hilltop Drive, Collier County, Florida
OBJECTIVE:To obtain the Board of County Commissioners’ approval of the release of a code
enforcement lien in relation to property located at 1369 Hilltop Drive, in Collier County, Florida.
CONSIDERATIONS:
Duplicate lien orders were entered in this Code Enforcement Special Magistrate case. The underlying
obligation of $1 ,800 has been paid in full, and on May 27, 2008, the Board of County Commissioners
approved a release of lien, which was recorded in the Official Records of Collier County on May 29, 2008
(at O.R. Book 4364, Page 3440).
Because payment has been made, authorizing this additional release of lien would clear the duplicate lien
in the public record.
FISCAL IMPACT:None.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT:There is no growth management impact associated with
this Executive Summary.

LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS:This request has been reviewed for legal sufficiency and is legally
sufficient for Board action. -JW
RECOMMENDATION:That the Board of County Commissioners approve the release of lien with
respect to the property located at 1369 Hilltop Drive, Collier County Florida, and authorize the Chairman to
sign the attached release of lien.
