The VAB Legal Counsel asked that I pass this along to you regarding your late-file decision:
"The application attached to your petition is a pre-filed application for 2019. If you return to
the property appraiser and file an application for the 2018 year, and submit a NEW petition
to the VAB, complete with a copy of that 2108 application, the denial letter from the
property appraiser for 2018 and the same good cause documentation, the VAB will
review that new petition filing for good cause."
