noon In the Com~'is'siQn conference room, 3rd Floor, W. Harmon Turner Building, Collier
County Government Center. 3301 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida. In addition to Board
members, County Manager James Mudd, County Attorney Jeffrey A. Klatzkow, and Assistant
County Attorney Jacqueline Williams Hubbard will be in attendance. The Board in executive
session will discuss: Settlement negotiations and strategy related to litigation expenditures in
the pending litIgation cases of Lucky, M.K.. Inc. v. Collier County, et aI., Case No. 07 -0958-
CA, now pending in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit In and for Collier County, Florida.
