A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
COLLIER COUNTY EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, on March 23, 1999, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution
no. 99-177 authorizing a Educational Facilities Authority for Collier County; and
WHEREAS, the Authority is composed offive (5) members; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two members expired creating vacancies on this board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners received a letter from Donald A.
Pickworth, counsel to the Educational Facilities Authority, advising Collier County of the
vacancies and the desire for reappointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CO.MMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. John Agnelli is hereby reappointed to the Collier County Educational Facilities Authority
for a four year term, said term to expire on June 12, 2005.
2. Ross P. Obley is hereby reappointed to the Collier County Educational Facilities
Authority for a four year term, said term to expire on June 12, 2005.
3. This Resolution shall constitute a certificate of appointment and shall be filed with the
Clerk of the Circuit Court as provided by law.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
