Explanation: Funds are needed to refund impact fees paid in a prior fiscal year for cancelled building
permits and building permits where the impact fees were paid and a subsequent impact deferral was
recorded. Additional budget is also needed to pay impact fee administration fees for the 3rd and 4"
quarter.
