This software suite will be used to integrate and automate the major business processes of the Information Technology Department. ISO 20000 compliance defines and integrates seven key IT service processes; Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, and Service Delivery. Automating and integrating these processes will improve the IT Department's ability to prevent or detect and respond to service impacting issues. IT staff have been engaged in ISO 20000 certification training and compliant process development for the past two years.
