Resolution 2001-203 . 101 RESOLUTION NO. 2001-203 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PELICAN BAY MUNICIPAL SERVICES TAXING AND BENEFIT UNIT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-111 created the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Committee and provided that the Committee shall consist of nine (9) members; and WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-22 amended Ordinance No. 90-111, providing that the Committee shall consist offifieen (15) members; and WHEREAS, there are currently four (4) vacancies on this Committee; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Committee has provided the Board of County Commissioners with their recommendations for appointment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1. M. James Burke is hereby appointed to the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Committee for a four (4) year term, said term expiring on January 29, 2005. 2. John Domenie is hereby appointed to the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Committee for a four (4) year term, said term expiring on January 29, 2005. 3. Christopher F. Sutphin is hereby appointed to the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Committee for a four (4) year term, said term expiring on January 29, 2005. 4. George H. Werner is hereby reappointed to the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Committee for a four (4) year term, said term expiring on January 29, 2005. BE IF FURTHER RESOL YED that the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County hereby waives the provisions of Section Seven (b)(l) of Ordinance No. 86-41, as amended, relating to a limitation of two consecutive terms of offtce, for the purpose of reappointment of George H.
