Kraft Construction Company, Inc. will present the progress of the construction of the Gordon River
Water Quality Park /Freedom Park. The 50 acre park will improve water quality through a series of
created wetlands, construct boardwalks and pavilions for visitors to observe native habitat and

million in grant funding from Florida Communities Trust and approximately $1.3 million
from the South Florida Water Management District.

Current Project Status: The park is currently at 60% construction completion. The
created wetlands, boardwalks and pavilions and exotic removal are at approximately
85 %, 80% and 100% completion. The education building, maintenance building and rest
rooms are scheduled to begin construction in September 2008. Final completion of the
park is scheduled for June 2009.
