RESOLUTION NO. 01-~5
A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.7.3.4 OF THE COLLIER COUNTY
LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE AFFECTING ORDINANCE NO. 94-
43 BY REQUIRING RECONSIDERA TlON OF THE LANDS END
PRESERVE PUD WlTHIN SIX MONTHS FROM DATE OF THIS
RESOLUTION OR AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Lands End Preserve PUD, Ordinance 94-43 adopted on September 13, 1994, is subject to the
provisions of Section 2.7.3.4. of the Land Development Code (LDe) , Time Limits for Approved PUD Zoning Districts
together with their respective Master Plans; and
WHEREAS, this PUD Ordinance was adopted consistent with and under the provisions of the Collier County
Growth Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed this PUD and has determined to require the owner
to submit an amended PUD within six (6) months of the approval of this Resolution.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Zoning Appeals of Collier County, Florida, that:
I. The above recitals are adopted herein by reference as if fully set forth herein.
2. This Resolution shall constitute evidence of compliance with the review requirements of Section 2.7.3.4 of
the LDe.
3. Pursuant to said section of the LDC, the owner shall submit an amended PUD Document on or before
November 22 ,200\.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the minutes of this Board and in the records of
the Petition for which the extension is granted.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
