TO CONTINUE DISCUSSION OF THE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL FOR
THE EXECUTIVE MANAGER TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the annual performance appraisal for the Executive Manager of the
Board of County Commissioners discussion to a future Board agenda.
CONSIDERATIONS: The Executive Manager to the Board of County Commissioners annual
performance appraisal was heard by the Board on September 23, 2008, agenda item 9C. After
much discussion. a motion was made — and passed 4 -1 - for Human Resources to provide the
BCC copies of the files of all terminated and past employees going back to November, 2000, for
review and for this item to be brought back at a future BCC meeting.
FISCAL IMPACT: Has not been determined.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: NONE
