PROCLAMA TION
WHEREAS, Code Enforcement Officers provide for the safety, health, and welfare
of citizens living in communities throughout the United States through
the enforcement of building, zoning and use, property maintenance,
animal control, fire safety, environmental and other codes and
ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Code Enforcement Officers who are members of Associations of Code
Enforcement are dedicated, well- trained, and highly responsible
individuals who take their jobs seriously, are proud of their departments
and local government within which they serve, and are committed to
saving lives and improving neighborhoods in the course of their daily
jobs; and
