Litigation Section Chief Jacqueline Williams Hubbard will be in attendance. The Board in
executive session will discuss Settlement negotiations and strategy related to iltlgatlon
expenditures in the pending litigation case of Jerry and Klmberlea Blocl\er v Collier County,
et al. Case No OS-D066-CA, now pending in the Twentieth JudiCial Circuit in and for Collier
