RESOLUTION NO. 2001-127
A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
RADIO ROAD BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY COMMITIEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 97-52 created and established the Radio Road
Beautification Advisory Committee and provides that the committee shall be composed of five (5)
members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Radio Road Beautification Advisory Committee has provided the Board of
County Commissioners with its recommendations for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
I. Susan Saum is hereby reappointed to the Radio Road Beautification Advisory Committee
for a 4 year term, said term to expire on March 3,2005.
2. Wilfred H. Jaeger is hereby reappointed to the Radio Road Beautification Advisory
Committee for a 4 year term, said term to expire on March 3,2005.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
