Attorney desires advice from the Board of County Commissioners in closed attorney~client

Commission conference room, 3rd Floor, W. Harmon Turner Building, Collier County
Government Center, 3301 East Tamiami Trail, Naples. Florida In addition to Board
members, County Manager James Mudd, County Attorney Jeffrey A. KJatzkow, and Litigation
Section Chief Jacqueline Williams Hubbard will be In attendance. The Board in executive
session will discuss Settlement negotiations and strategy related to litigation expenditures in
the pending litigation case of Jerry and Klmberlea Blocker v. Collter County, et aI., Case No.
08-0066-CA now pending in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida
