Re: Public Petition Request to Discuss Migrant Worker Transport Bus Parking
Dear Ms. Soto:
Please be advised that you are scheduled to appear before the Collier County Board of
Commissioners at the meeting of December 2, 2008 regarding the above referenced
subject.
Your petition to the Board of County Commissioners will be limited to ten minutes.
Please be advised that the Board will take no action on your petition at this meeting.
However, your petition may be placed on a future agenda for consideration at the
Board's discretion. If the subject matter is currently under litigation or is an on-going
Code Enforcement case, the Board will hear the item but will not discuss the item after it
has been presented. Therefore, your petition to the Board should be to advise them of
your concern and the need for action by the Board at a future meeting.
The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers on the Third Floor of the W.
Harmon Turner Building (Building "F") of the government complex. Piease arrange to be
present at this meeting and to respond to inquiries by Board members.

Pursuant to Collier County Consolidated Code Enforcement Ordinance No. 07-44, you are notified that a violation
(s) of the following Collier County Ordinance(s) and or PUD Regulation(s) exists at the above-described location.
Ordinance/Code: Zoning Districts and Uses. Parking of Commercial Vehicles or Commercial Equipment in Residential
Areas. Collier County Land Development Code 04-41, as amended, Section 2.01.00(B)(3)
It shall be unlawful to park a commercial vehicle or commercial equipment on any lot in a residential zoning district unless one of the
following conditions exists: c. The vehicle is parked in the rear of the main structure and is enclosed within a vegetative screening which
conceals the vehicle from the view of neighbors.:

screening. and ladder and pipe iimitations. Store commercial vehicle(s)/equipment in rear yard and conceal from view,
OR Store commercial vehicle(s)/equipment within a completely enclosed structure, OR Remove _ ladder(s) and/or _
pipe(s) from vehicle roof. OR Remove offending vehicle(s)/equipment from residentially zoned property.
ON OR BEFORE: 11/30/2008
Failure to correct violations may result in:
1) Mandatory notice to appear or issuance 01 a citation that may result in fines up to $500 and costs 01
prosecution. OR
2) Code Enforcement Board review that may result in fines up to $1000 per day per violation. as long as the violation
