Please be advised that you are scheduled to appear before the Collier County Board of
Commissioners at the meeting of December 2, 2008 regarding the above referenced
subject.

Your petition to the Board of County Commissioners will be limited to ten minutes.
Please be advised that the Board will take no action on your petition at this meeting.
However, your petition may be placed on a future agenda for consideration at the
Board's discretion. If the subject matter is currently under litigation or is an on-going
Code Enforcement case, the Board will hear the item but will not discuss the item after it
has been presented. Therefore, your petition to the Board should be to advise them of
your concern and the need for action by the Board at a future meeting.
The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers on the Third Floor of the W.
Harmon Turner Building (Building "F") of the government complex. Please arrange to be
present at this meeting and to respond to inquiries by Board members.

the sYStem indicates a A TF lafter the fact) fee. I was citied on January 30 th
of 2008 I received a letter from code enforcement to resDOnded bv march ill I eXDlalned to the
Investlaator that I was In the orocess of submittinG for a Dennlt soon. He said that was fine and to
obtain mv Dennit as soon as D08&lble. I submitted In earlv January but Dlans were reJected I need
window SDec:S and other reauired documentation. I finallv submitted for Dennlt In earlY June of 2008.
the DroDerIY had been cleared by the developer MDG.I did the lavout of the structure and digging of
footers. The Lot has an odd shade to it so I wanted to know how the buildlna sits In relation to tll!..
site. Please see attached aerial. The Dennlt was aDDroved In Julv and with the helo of the Deferral
Proaram I was able to obtain my Demllt on November 4lII- the buildina deDi was not able to remove
the A TF fee. I was told that It could onlY be done bv the Board of Commissioners. The Case has been
closed bv code enforcement
