RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - .!LfL
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC
UTILITIES ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE A
UTILITY WORK AGREEMENT WITH THE
FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as
"the FOOT," proposes to construct or reconstruct a transportation facility identified as US 41
trom Rattlesnake Hammock Road to Barefoot Williams Road, State Road No. 90, hereinafter
referred to as "the Project;" and
WHEREAS, in order for the FDOT to proceed with the Project, it is necessary for the
Collier County Water Sewer District to execute and deliver to the FOOT the agreement identified
as the Utility Work Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, AS EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE COLLIER
COUNTY WATER SEWER DISTRICT, that the Collier County Public Utilities Administrator is
hereby authorized to execute the attached Utility Work Agreement with the FOOT.
