Resolution 2001-067 IOC RESOLUTION NO. 2001-67 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND STEPHANIE VlCK TO THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 80-80 created the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council and provides that the Advisory Council shall be composed of eleven (11) regular members, three (3) ex-officio members and two (2) staff members; and WHEREAS, the Board adopted Resolution No. 90-527 on October 30, 1990 which revised and updated the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council's by-laws by providing that the Advisory Council include two members At Large; and WHEREAS, there are currently vacancy on this board; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council provided the Board of County Commissioners with its recommendations for appointment and has requested that an additional member be appointed to their Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Stephanie Vick, R.N., M.S., is hereby appointed as the Health Department representative to the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council for the remainder of the vacant term, said term expiring August 31, 2002.
