Thank you, Attachment 9A I 9A RESOLUTION NO. 2009-25 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT CHRIS STEPHENS TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COUNCIL. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 06-63 provides for the appointment of nine (9) regular members and two (2) alternate members to the Environmental Advisory Council; and WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Council; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Chris Stephens is hereby appointed as an Alternate-Technical member to the Environmental Advisory Council to fulfill the remainder ofa vacant term, said term to expire on April 13, 2012.
