FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENTS
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENTS entered into this I 0 ~ay of
\L~ 2009, between George Vega, Tom Brown, Larry Martin and Jaek Stanley, aka Palm Lake
Investments, hose mmhng address IS P.O. Box 10608, Naples, Flonda 34102, heremafter referred to as
"LESSOR," and COLLIER COUNTY, a pohtical subdiVIsion of the State of Florida, whose mailing address
is 3301 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, hereinafter referred as "LESSEE."
WITNESSETH
In consideration of the mutual covenants contamed herein, and other valuable consideration, the
parties agree as follows:
WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE have previously entered into two separate Lease Agreements
dated December 22,2005 and September 26, 2006, a copy of which are attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the LESSOR and LESSEE are desirous of amending both Lease Agreements in the
manner set forth below.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and conditions set forth herein, together with
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the two Lease Agreements are hereby amended as
follows:
1. Both Leases are hereby extended on a month-to-month basis until such time that LESSEE
provides LESSEE with thirty (30) day written termination notice.
2. Except as expressly provided herein, the Lease Agreements between George Vega, Tom Brown,
Larry Martin and Jaek Stanley, aka Palm Lake Investments and Collier County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, for the utilization of the Demised Premises described in said Lease Agreements dated
December 22, 2005 and September 26, 2006, remain in full force and elTect according to the terms and
conditions contained therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly
provided otherwise herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the LESSOR and LESSEE have hereto executed this First Amendment
to Lease Agreements the day and year first above written.
