RESOLUTION NO. 2001-48
RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING KATHRYN M. GODFREY-LINT
TO THE COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92-80, as amended, provides that the Collier
County Code Enforcement Boards shall consist of seven regular members and two alternate
members; and
WHEREAS, the term of one (I) member will expire creating a vacancy on this Board in the
Alternate category; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting
applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Kathryn M. Godfrey-Lint is
hereby reappointed under the category of Alternate to the Collier County Code Enforcement
Board for a 3 year term, said term to expire on February 14,2004.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
