Thank you, Attachment 9D RESOLUTION NO. 2009-35 9D RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT PAMELA J. BROWN TO THE IMMOKALEE MASTER PLAN AND VISIONING COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 04-62, as amended, establishing the Immokalee Master Plan and Visioning Committee, provides that this Committee is to be composed often (10) members; and WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Committee; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, the Immokalee Master Plan and Visioning Committee has provided the Board of County Commissioners with its recommendation for appointment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Pamela J.
