WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2007-44 provides that the Collier County Code Enforcement Boards shall consist of seven regular members and two alternate members; and WHEREAS, the terms of four (4) members will expire creating vacancies on this Board; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties.
