Thank you, Attachment 9A RESOLUTION NO. 2009-32 / 9A A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE LAND ACQUISITION ADVISORY COMMITTEE WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2002-63, which created the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee, provides that the Committee shall consist of nine (9) members; and WHEREAS, the terms of 3 members will expire on February 11,2009, creating vacancies on this Committee; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee has provided the Board of County Commissioners with its recommendations for appointment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1. George J.
