RESOLUTION NO. 2001 _ 31
A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92-80, as amended, provides that the Collier
County Code Enforcement Boards shall consist of seven regular members and two alternate
members; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) members will expire, creating vacancies on this Board for
the category of Realtor; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting
applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Roberta "Bobbie" Dusek is hereby reappointed under the category of Realtor to the
Collier County Code Enforcement Board for a 3 year term, said term to expire on February 14,
2004.
2. Clifford Wesley Flegal, Jr., is hereby reappointed under the category of Realtor to the
Collier County Code Enforcement Board for a 3 year term, said term to expire on February 14,
2004.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
