Thank you, Attachment RESOLUTION NO. 2009 -43 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT PATRICK PECK TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING ADVISORY COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2008 -17, provides that the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee shall be composed of nine (9) members; and WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Committee; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee has provided to the Board of County Commissioners its recommendation for appointment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Patrick Peck, representing the category of Advocate for Low Income Persons, is hereby appointed to the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on October 1, 2011.
