Thank you. 16Al1 RESOLUTION NO. 09- 51 16Al1 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS RELATING TO PETITION NUMBER ST-2008-AR-13958 FOR A SPECIAL TREATMENT DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A TWO-STORY 12,952 SQUARE FOOT FIRE STATION WITH ASSOCIATED PARKING, UTILITIES AND A SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ON 3.4 ACRES ZONED AGRICULTURAL WITH A SPECIAL TREATMENT OVERLAY (A-ST) IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in Chapter 125, Florida Statutes, has conferred on Collier County, the power to establish, coordinate and enforce, zoning and such business regulations as necessary for the protection of the public health, safety and welfare; and WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted Ordinance 04-55, as amended, which establishes regulations for the zoning of particular geographic divisions of the County; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Collier County, being the duly elected constituted board of the area hereby affected, has held a hearing in regular session as in said regulations made and provided, and has considered the advisability of allowing the construction of a two-story 12,952 square foot fire station with associated parking, utilities and a surface water management system on 3.4 acres as shown on the attached plans, Exhibits "A", "B", and "C" in an Agricultural Zoning District with Special Treatment Overlay (A-ST) and has found as a matter of fact that satisfactory provision and arrangement has been made concerning all applicable matters required by said regulations and is in accordance with Section JO.02.06.C. of the Land Development Code for the unincorporated area of Collier County; and WHEREAS, all interested parties have been given opportunity to be heard by this Board in public meeting assembled and the Board having considered all matters presented.
