RESOLUTION NO. 2001-13
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DAVID LEE ELLIS
MEMBERS TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-65 created the Affordable Housing
Commission and provides that the County Commission shall appoint five (5) members to the
Affordable Housing Commission and the City of Naples shall appoint four (4) members to the
Affordable Housing Commission; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting
applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that David Lee Ellis, representing the
building industry, is hereby appointed to the Affordable Housing Commission for the remainder of
the vacant term, said term to expire on October I, 2002.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
