THIS AGREEMENT as entered inlo on Ihe 9th day of OCloher, 2007, between the FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION (hereinafler referred 10 as "Department" or
"DEP") and COLLIER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS (hereinafler referred to as
"Granlee" or "Recipienl") is hereby amended.
WHEREAS, the Grantee has nolified Ihe Departmenl of a new Authorized Represenlalive; and,
WHEREAS, Ihe Granlee has provided sufficienl documentation to verify the change; and.
NOW, THEREFORE, Ihe parties hereto agree as follows:
