Ladies and Gentlemen:
Pursuant to a Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) State Criminal Alien Assistance
Program (SCAAP 2008) compliance requirement, on April 28, 2009, the Collier County
Board of County Commissioners approved the delegation of authority to Sheriff Kevin
Rambosk to apply for State Criminal Alien Assistance Program fiscal year 2009 funds.
As the Chairman of the Collier County Board of County Commissioners, I endorse
and designate Kevin Rambosk, Sheriff of Collier County, Florida, as the signing official and
contact person (or his designee), for application, receiver, and expender of SCAAP fiscal year
2009 funds.
