The remediation necessary for site cleanup and closure will depend on the analytical results of the soil and groundwater samples. Such field activities, together with the right to enter upon said property and excavate, remove, fill. store, deposit, and/or stockpile materials as needed shall be required to conduct the assessment. remediation and site closure activities. The rights and interest granted hereunder are conditioned upon the reasonable exercise thereof by Grantee. Grantee agrees not to umeasonably interfere with Grantor's use of the lands described in Exhibit "A". Grantee shall not umeasonably interfere with ingress and egress to Grantor's lands during the period of site assessment, cleanup and closure. Grantee's right of entry onto Grantor's lands is contingent upon no other provisions, conditions, or premises other than those so stated above; and there are no other prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements, undertakings, promises, warranties, or covenants not contained herein.
