RESOLUTION NO. 2009-215 ; A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS 9C OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING ADVISORY COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-65, as amended, which established the Affordable Housing Commission, provides that the Commission shall be composed of eleven (11) voting members; and WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) regular members will expire and there is currently a vacancy on this Committee; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee has provided to the Board of County Commissioners its recommendations for appointment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1. Randy Anderson, representing the category of employer representative, is hereby appointed to the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee for a three year term, to expire on October 1,2012. 2. Christian Davis, representing the category of Resident Within the Jurisdiction of the County, is hereby appointed to the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee for a three year term, to expire on October 1,2012. 3. Stuart Warshauer is hereby appointed as an alternate member to the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on October 1, 2010.
