SUBJECT: Original Grant Documents for Signature
At today's meeting the BCC approved the following documents for signature by the BCC
Chairman.
Item 16 (C)4 Recommendation to approve an amendment to the Florida Innovative Waste
Reduction and Recycling Grant Agreement IG8-09, the Collier County Seasonal and Year Round
Business "How to Recycle" Video Grant, from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection
to provide portable recycling containers.
I have attached the original documents for Commissioner Fiala's signature. Please call me when
the documents are executed and I will pick up the signed copies for mailing. I can be reached at

AMENDMENT NO.4
The AGREEMENT as entered into on the 9th day of October. 2007, and lasl amended on the 14th
of April, 2009. between Ihe FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
(hereinafter referred to as the "Department" or "DEP") and the COLLIER COUNTY BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee" or "Recipien1") is hereby
amended.
WHEREAS, the Grantee requested to modify Ihe Project Budgel to reallocale existing funds to
allow for the purchase of portable recycling containers; and.
WHEREAS. the Department has approved the Revised Project Budgel; and,
NOW, THEREFORE. the parties hereto agree as follows;
Attachmenl B, page 10 of 10, Project Budget is hereby deleted in its enlirety'and'r~pl~~ed with
Attachment B-1. Revised Budget, attached hereto and made a part of the Agreement. ':An references in
Ihe Agreement to Attachmenl B. page 10. are hereby revised to read Attachment B-1.
In all olher respects. the Agreement of which this is an Amendmenl, and attachmenls relalive
thereto, shall remain in full force and effect.
