Fiscal impact is $18.50 to record the Satisfaction of Lien. OBJECTIVE: Recommendation that the Board acknowledges full payment, and executes a Satisfaction for the Agreement To Extend Installment Payment of Water and/or Sewer System Impact Fees. CONSIDERATIONS: The Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida as Ex-Officio the Governing Board of the Collier County Water Sewer District, is the owner and holder of the Notice of Promise to Pay and Agreement to Extend Payment of Water and/or Sewer System Impact Fees (Agreement): SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" Full payment and satisfaction of the Agreement have been made. The County Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the satisfaction. FISCAL IMPACT: Satisfaction of this Agreement has increased the cash flow in the sewer impact fee (Fund 413) by $37,645.00. The fiscal impact for recording the Satisfaction of Lien is approximately $18.50, which is to be charged to (Fund 408) the County Water/ Sewer Operating Fund Utility Billing cost center. The $18.50 was paid by the owner with the installments as required by Paragraph 20 of Agreement. LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item is legally sufficient for Board action. - JBW GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no Growth Management impact associated with this item. RECOMMENDATION: Recommendation to acknowledge full payment and the satisfaction of the Agreement and to surrender the same as canceled.
